The hotel location is great. The service of the staff and especially the manager is very polite and helpful. All things considered, the hotel gives you a 5 star feel. Management is also good. WiFi and 24 hours hot water are available in the room. My experience was very good. Suitable for business and family. Thank you nova hotel.

Very welcoming staff with eagerness to help and assist guests. Overall the environment is cosy and comfortable. Rooms are good, location is also convenient. Food quality and service is upto the mark. staff member who deserve special mention Chintan sir , he managed everything on the time . I remember he given me such a nice tea with the flavour of flower i liked that . Thank you🙏🏻

The rooms were super good for the price. It's really affordable and luxurious. They catered very well with the late night dinner and check in request. The whole staff is polite and welcoming. The hotel is 5/5 considering the taste of food as well. Super good.
